SO i'm losing my first airline job... real cool... Glad to hear everyone is still hiring. I don't have much to complain about - it's everybody else that has families and mortgages! Got an interview coming up - keepin' the fingers crossed! I love workin' it's just so darn cool! It doesn't even feel like work - how can you get any better than a view at 30000 ft...... you can't Hello! another few months of training! yay and another SIC type rating! Wish everyone well in their ventures and hopefully this will be the last company to go under for a while!

Hawaii to Snow

ALright Alright... so this break I went to HAwaii to hang with my friend. We had an awesome time and then I get back to AZ and this past week it snows.... eeks! School has takin off well and look forward to another great semester. Good Lcuk to all those starting classes!!!

Florida!!!

LAST WEEK.... I ventured to Vero Beach FL to pick up a brand new airplane from the Piper factory. The college I work for sent me to get it, all expenses paid. I flew to Orlando and then rented a car and continued to trip to Vero. I was able to go on a tour of the factory and it was amazing! Headed back to AZ early in the morning in the new warrior complete with Entegra EXP5000. Made it to Gulfport MS the first day after about seven hours. Next day filed IFR to college station and used it - there's not many clouds out here in az. Made it back to base nine that night - 18 hour flight from vero. It was a blast!!!

MMM Smells Good!

Doesn't summer just smell so good! I love it. BBQs, moist hot summer nights, rain, dirt(or mud I should say),chlorine, flowers, trees, and grass can't forget plain ol' grass!! BASEBALL GRASS ahh that's the best. Summer should never end. I dislike being cold. I went on an awesome camping trip caught some fish and cleaned them - ew,(yes there are lakes down in AZ - fake ones) got dirty and soaked. Ahhhh. Even work smells better in the summer!!

Summa time the livin's easy

So far summer has been good. I'm taking a trip to the Grand Canyon and going to a warbird fly-in. Should be fun!! My friend Shana Rana went back home to Hawaii. I miss her already! I'm trying to have a ton of fun before summer is over and I need to get back to school and a full work schedule. Yikes! :) Everyone deserves a good summer! That's my toast for this month.  Laters

Graduation

Yay graduation was friday and it was a lot of fun  . didn't party too much because I partied the weekend before -TOGA style  . I spent the weekend at home and am back at work. I'm so glad summer is here. the desert even saw some rain yesterday - thank the LORD. Happy to be back outside playin some v-ball and going to the pool  . work rocks right now, can't wait to get some of my students finished with their stuff.

Can my mood be all of the above? What is up with advisors? They don't know what they are doing ...and when graduation is on the line I seriously just wanna...ugh! Well school is out in a few days and over to the guys dorms I go for the summer. I got an RA pos. for next year I'm excited about that one..woohoo! I'm craving beach right now with a cerveza con limon and all the fresh tortillas I can get my hands on. yum yum. Ahh if only...  E

My life in a nutshell

well I just got back from Nashville about a week ago. It was such a blast. I went for the Women in Aviation conference. Amazing. I'm back at school and was supposed to work tomorrow, but there's a storm rollin in and it's supposed to be gusting in the high 30s...yay...  , Me and my girl Shana went and looked at apts today we're getting excited to get our own place. We really want a pool. It gets hot here in the summer. April is going to be a busy month. Take a deep breath this weekend and finish the semester strong.
