Gays are okay - I am not close minded, in fact, I feel safer with them!! But if you're straight, bi or from Mars, I am cool with that! Single mother, pending divorce, seeking a place to stay to get back on her feet. This is urgent - the sooner that I can find a place, the better. No smoking - no drugs. I have no pet. I don't party, but I am not a party pooper at someone else's house, just don't want to party at home though - for good reasons. I am very careful of what I drink....there are some stuff out there that can kill your brain cells and screw your sinus - Ooh!! Bleh!.....If you have a pet that is ok... I am allergic to cats...we can work out something.

My child stays with me every other weekends or whenever necessary. He is one of the few best things that ever happened to me and my life would be nothing without him. Maturity and wisdom are important here.

Please list your rental rate with utilities and let me know when I can move in. Hopefully in the ranges of $450 to 500. I prefer that the utilities are included with the rent as it would be less of a headache for all of us.

I am self-employed with newly set up business as an eBay specialist with a store.

I love what I do as an eBay specialist, I am also a model and papier mache artist but I am more of a book freak...I read whenever I get the chance! I am also a former thoroughbred racehorses caretaker as well as seamstress for upscaled interior decorators. I do get very uncomfortable when people clean up after me so I am pretty much a clean person. I am told that I am a great listener but I can only understand so much being deaf. I will also be making efforts in getting back into college after a long hiatus. Also currently studying for pilot license.
