Ok so you want some music, I understand completely. Well here ya go! You can easily add a video by going to the music link. Find the video you like and click the green button to add to your profile. If you have an mp3 that you would like to use, go here and follow the instructions for setting up your mp3 player.
Just remember that you cant have both mp3 player and video player on the same page or they will conflict. Good luck!
