How big was the pic? Was prob real huge? Try make something like 300x300pix if you can and try that.

cheers for that chris, is it OK to dump a few photos now and again into the mil. av. section. It won't be a huge amount, but they will be 800 dpi wide and under 250k in memory. its just that i'm relatively new to computers and havn't got a real good grasp of the possibilitys yet!!
