yup google solved all confusion it appears to be a mixture of the british army cadets n citizenship programme they now teach in secondary schools here in the UK

i think im beginning to understand a lil bit, it sounds kinda like our army cadets etc where they give u a basic idea of what the services r like etc... but then maybe the answer to this is for me to google it n see if theres a website explanation or something. thanx!
